Our ten year anniversary is this year in August, and we wanted to do something fun. We decided on an all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We had the best time, it's amazing how much you can fit in a day when you don't have three little kids in tow. Vacationing with Dave is tiring, but he makes sure we do EVERYTHING! We flew out of Vegas, so we went a day early and got to go shopping and hang out with Raquel and Jake for a bit. The resort we stayed at was really nice, and so fun. It had lots of pools, and was right on the beach. We also went to Old Town and the jungle for a few different excursions. My favorite day was when we went zip lining, horseback riding and 4 wheeling. We also rode bikes through the town and spent some time in the water on kayaks and paddle boards. We went golfing one day at a really nice course and on one of our bike rides Dave did a back flip off of a bridge into a river with alligators (we didn't see the sign until after). We ate too much food and just had fun being free and together. My mom is the best and drove to St. George to watch the kids for the whole week, she even drove down on her birthday! I am so grateful she is willing, and it makes it nice knowing they are in good hands. I'm so glad we got to go, marrying Dave is the best decision I've ever made!
