We had a great Christmas this year. We were able to spend a little over a week with both our families this year and it was so much fun. It was so much fun to be at David's parents house with all of his 6 siblings and their spouses and kids. Christmas morning was so crazy with SO many presents and wrapping paper covering the house. During the week we were in Utah, we had a Christmas party or gathering every single night. To top it all off, David's younger brother Jeff got married the Saturday after Christmas to an awesome girl, Maria. They got married in the Salt Lake Temple and then we had a family dinner at the Joseph Smith Memorial after. We went to my parent's house a few times and got to see most of my family at the Sweat family Christmas party. We had it at the Girls' Camp in Heber. It was nice to have so much room for all the kids to run around and play with their new toys. As usual Madi got passed around to all of her cousins and aunts and uncles. She is pretty popular little girl, especially since she is the only baby right now.
This is one of Madi's first toys. My mom and dad got her this cute play mat. She was excited because her present was the biggest one under the tree!
She loved looking at this little Christmas sleigh. It sang and danced Christmas music. My brother Trevor kept pushing the button, and she was very entertained by it.
Here is a picture of Madi and her cousin, Aubrey. My sister-in-law Alissa and I were due 5 days apart with little girls, but she ended up having Aubrey a week early and I had Madi a week late, so they are 3 weeks apart. It will be a lot of fun for these girls to be so close in age. When we were together over Christmas, Aubrey even taught Madi how to roll over!
Jeff and Maria on their wedding day. Don't they both look great? Maria is such a beautiful girl, and she looked awesome that day. She had all the sister in laws wearing pink flowers in our hair, and it looked so cute. Her and Jeff are such a great couple. They even came and visited us in Vegas a few days after their wedding, it was so much fun to have them here.

Madison overall is a really good baby, but one thing that she does NOT like it to ride in the car. We thought maybe if we let her drive she would do better! Looks like it worked.

Staci, It looks like you guys had a good Christmas. Madi just keeps getting cuter every time I see her. I agree, girls are way fun to dress up!
She is so cute - totally looks like you. You guys had a busy Christmas! I always think it would be hard to live away and then come back for the holidays because your schedule would be so jam packed!
