One Year Older....Ella is 2!

Our tiny little terrorist as we so lovingly call her turned 2! If anyone is wondering if the terrible two's are a real thing....they are!  Ella has such a strong, stubborn, persistent, personality. She may be little, but what she lacks in size, she makes up in her screams, abilities and strength.  I'm actually really happy that Ella (and both my girls) have such determined personalities.  I know they will need them in the world they will grow up in, and will generally serve them well.  With that being said, it makes for some long days and fancy footwork sometimes!  Ella also has such a great personality.  She is so loving and gives the best and tightest hugs around.  She loves climbing out of her crib after naps or in the morning and very quietly walking up to you and waiting until you notice her.  Then she gets the biggest smile and gives the best hug.  It's a fun game she loves to play. She also likes to sneak up on people and scare them.  She will very quietly go up to Madi and Brock and then yell "rawr" and start laughing.  The kids are pretty good about acting scared, so it's fun.  She is blossoming into quite the social butterfly and is starting to play with Madi and Brock and friends.  When my older kids friends' come over to play, Ella joins right in and plays pretty well for a little bit, especially if the older kids are including her. She still loves baby dolls and real babies, and pretends she's a puppy constantly.  It's usually cute, unless it's in the middle of the road or Walmart when I'm trying to get my stuff and get out of there.  She loves nursery, and loves to sing.  Her favorite songs are Let it Go from Frozen, I am a Child of God, and Happy Birthday.  She seems to like Madi and Brock a little more, and it always trying to escape the house and play outside.  She has a pair of pink cowboy boots that she wears everywhere we go, and has been able to put on herself for about 4 months.  It's nice because I will say, let's go get in the car, and she will get her own boots, put them on, and meet me by the garage door. Her stats at 2 years old are: Weight 23.4 lbs (11%) and Height 33.5 inches (46%).

For her birthday we went to Pizza Factory for dinner and had a giant cupcake cake for dessert. She loved opening all her presents and cards and playing with her new toys.  She sure is easy to love, and I'm so grateful she is mine.
